Construction manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager who will coordinate and oversee construction, renovation and fit-out execution works across multiple countries, supporting Project Managers and ensuring that works are executed according to approved plans, with the required quality, safety, budget control and technical correctness. This role acts as a central technical authority for construction-related matters. The Construction Manager does not replace local contractors or Project Managers, but ensures consistency, risk prevention and sound technical execution across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee construction, renovation and fit-out execution across all projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved plans and technical standards.
  • Travel to project locations as needed to inspect works on site, assess progress and quality, and identify issues early. Provide hands-on technical input and corrective recommendations based on actual site conditions.
  • Support Project Managers with technical decision-making: advise on construction/renovation solutions; help resolve execution issues, risks and disputes with practical recommendations.
  • Prepare, review and validate construction budgets, cost estimates and scopes of work when required.
  • Participate in contractor and subcontractor selection processes when needed; review offers and technical proposals; support evaluation of contractor performance during execution and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
  • Review technical documentation and specifications from a construction perspective and flag risks or gaps.
  • Promote consistent construction standards and best practices across projects and countries.
  • Identify recurring technical and quality issues across projects and implement preventive measures to avoid repetition. Share lessons learned and proven solutions with the team to improve delivery speed and quality over time.
  • Perform other construction-related duties as reasonably required to support effective project delivery and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, technical supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Ability to evaluate technical solutions, costs and risks.
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and support project teams.
  • Very good English and Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project locations.

What we offer

  • Flexible working model — remote work combined with site visits; focus on results and delivery, not fixed office hours.
  • Competitive salary — base salary aligned with experience, with potential for performance-based bonuses tied to results and outcomes.
  • International scope — hands-on involvement in operations across multiple European countries.
  • Professional development — opportunities for training and skill development tailored to your role and responsibilities.
  • Career growth — as our real estate and hospitality portfolio expands, you will have the opportunity to take on larger, more complex responsibilities.
  • Autonomy and ownership — real responsibility for your area, fast decision-making, and the ability to see the impact of your work in real operations.
  • Supportive working environment — a pragmatic, collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication and practical solutions.
