Senior project manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work closely with the Project Manager in Italy and ensure that all financial, administrative, corporate, and operational foundations are in place for successful project delivery. This role supports project delivery by managing financing processes, documentation, budgets, corporate setup, payments, and coordination. It works alongside the on-site Project Manager and ensures projects progress smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead Lunvio group companies in Italy: establish new companies when required; act as the responsible company representative/manager; oversee day-to-day corporate administration and governance; manage corporate documentation and contracts with employees, contractors and service providers; and ensure documentation, compliance routines and company records are maintained consistently.
  • Coordinate project financing and acquisition processes in Italy: prepare and submit documentation for bank loans/financing approvals and other funding instruments; support property acquisitions including purchase documentation and participation in auctions where required; liaise with banks, notaries, advisors and other external partners to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Support and coordinate on-site project delivery: work closely with the local Project Manager in Italy to coordinate activities and ensure tasks are completed on time; help solve day-to-day issues and find practical solutions across financial, legal, operational and administrative matters.
  • Own budget, cost and timeline control (together with the on-site Project Manager): prepare project budgets, monitor actual costs vs. budget, track key deadlines and milestones, identify financial/operational risks and propose mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate accounting and payments: coordinate accounting/reporting with external accounting firms; review invoices and ensure proper documentation is provided to accounting partners; execute payments from company bank accounts, monitor cash flows, and support preparation of financial reports and documentation for management and external partners.
  • Organize, coordinate and drive marketing and sales processes end-to-end: lead brand setup and implementation (naming, brandbook/brand guidelines, social media), and build and run project-specific sales processes.
  • Perform other related duties as required to ensure smooth project delivery and operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate project operations, real estate development support, legal, or a similar role.
  • Solid practical understanding of legal and accounting matters, including the ability to review contracts and financial documents, needed to run the company day-to-day.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage people, processes and budgets simultaneously.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with focus on prevention.
  • Willingness to take ownership and step in hands-on when required.
  • Very good English, Italian, Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Italy (including extended stays when needed) and occasionally to other countries as required.

What we offer

  • Flexible working model — remote work combined with site visits; focus on results and delivery, not fixed office hours.
  • Competitive salary — base salary aligned with experience, with potential for performance-based bonuses tied to results and outcomes.
  • International scope — hands-on involvement in operations across multiple European countries.
  • Professional development — opportunities for training and skill development tailored to your role and responsibilities.
  • Career growth — as our real estate and hospitality portfolio expands, you will have the opportunity to take on larger, more complex responsibilities.
  • Autonomy and ownership — real responsibility for your area, fast decision-making, and the ability to see the impact of your work in real operations.
  • Supportive working environment — a pragmatic, collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication and practical solutions.
