Working at Lunvio
One team, long projects, real decisions
We develop across four countries with a team that stays close to every project, from the first site visit to welcoming the first guest.
How we work
Our projects are shaped through close collaboration across design, development, investment and operations. Each stage is connected, allowing ideas and important details to carry through clearly from the initial concept to opening day.
From our Vilnius studio, we work across Italy, Finland, Lithuania and Latvia with local colleagues, architects, craftspeople and operators. This combination of central direction and local knowledge helps us make informed decisions and create places that feel authentic to their surroundings.
