The people
One team, bringing every project to life
Our team brings together expertise in development, design, construction and hospitality. Working closely across every stage, we turn ideas into distinctive places designed with purpose and built to last.
How we work
Design, investment, development and operations come together in our Vilnius studio, supported by colleagues working locally across Italy, Finland, Lithuania and Latvia. This structure keeps decisions close to each project and allows us to respond quickly throughout every stage.
Alongside our core team, we collaborate with trusted architects, craftspeople and hospitality professionals who bring local knowledge and specialist expertise. Many of these relationships continue across several projects, creating consistency from the first drawings to opening day.
